I have no proof but Author:G. Gore seems to be the same person. They have the same period and nationality; the subject of the article assigned to G. Gore is along the same lines as those subjects on which George Gore wrote. - AdamBMorgan (talk) 12:38, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
