I have had a good look. Certainly active in the period 1920 to 1950 as an academic, mostly at Bangor. Lecturer for the Workers Educational Association; also involved in the 1930s with the Lloyd George Liberals.

- Hi Charles. Not much luck so far! He worked for Aberystwyth University in 1919 and was at Bangor Uni by 1949. User:Anatiomaros suggests correspondence be sent to Bangor Uni Library / archives. All the best! Llywelyn2000 (talk) 05:16, 2 May 2015 (UTC)
