Executive Order 303

The provisions of the civil service rules are hereby waived, so as to permit the reinstatement to the classified service in any Executive Department at Washington, D. C., on the application of the head thereof, at a grade no higher than that formerly held by her, of Mrs. Catharine M. Gallagher, who resigned a clerkship of Class D, $900 per annum, in the Department of the Interior, as Miss Catharine M. Kilbourne, on October 15, 1901.
