Executive Order 3308

Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat., 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat., 497), it is hereby ordered that the following-described lands in South Dakota be and the same are hereby temporarily withdrawn subject to the conditions, provisions, and limitations of said acts, in order to protect the water supply of the Wind Cave National Park and the national bison range therein:

In T. 5 S., R. 6 E., B. H. M., SW. ¼ sec. 20, NE. ¼ SW. ¼, N. ½ SE. ¼ and SE. ¼ SE. ¼ sec. 30, and NW. ¼ sec. 32.
