Executive Order 523
Mr. Albert M. West, of Massachusetts, may be reinstated to the position of scientific assistant in the Department of Agriculture without regard to the one year limitation of civil service Rule IX, as it appears that the qualifications which he possesses are of an unusual and expert character.
