Proofread edit

Although most pages currently are marked as "proofread", they are missing all the footnotes, sidenotes, and comments of the original work, which makes up a significant fraction of the text. Headers and page numbers are also missing, among other issues. --EncycloPetey (talk) 04:50, 3 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

@EncycloPetey: Although should we? Am I allowed to add them? Because at present time, there are "Unnanotated Versions", and I don't know if that is merely a state, or something desired (and the unnanotated versions use this Index as the source). —Genesis Bustamante (talk) 04:58, 3 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
De-annotated versions should only exist if the original exists. Wikisource policy is to first host the published work, and then consider producing a version that adds annotation or strips it out. --EncycloPetey (talk) 14:57, 3 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
