Author headers are formatted as follows:
{{center|{{larger|[[Author:Robert Herrick|ROBERT HERRICK]]}}}} {{float right|{{smaller|1591-1674}}}}
Poem headers are formatted using {{rh}}:
{{rh|1.|''Cuckoo Song''}}
- Poem headers are separated from the poem text by {{dhr}} Teller XIV (talk) 21:49, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
Poems use the <poem> extension for line breaks, and should be centered (for example, by using {{center block}}):
{{center block|<poem>{{dropinitial|U}}NDERNEATH this sable herse Lies the subject of all verse: Sidney's sister, Pembroke's mother: Death, ere thou hast slain another Fair and learn'd and good as she, Time shall throw a dart at thee.</poem>}}
References should be placed and formatted as at Page:Oxford Book of English Verse 1250-1900.djvu/27:
<poem>Awe bleteth after lomb, {{em}}Lhouth<ref>lhouth] loweth.</ref> after calve cu; Bulluc sterteth,<ref>sterteth] leaps</ref> bucke verteth, {{em}}Murie sing cuccu!</poem> ... {{dhr}}{{reflist|20em}}
