Incorrect page numbering

The page numbers 143-6 are omitted, but page numbers 159-162 are repeated two times. See Keynes 1971 p. 6. --Dick Bos (talk) 08:55, 4 April 2018 (UTC)

Spellling: no long s

I propose not to use the long s (template) when transcribing the text, for three reasons:

1. while editing, it's a lot easier to use the modern s.
2. nowadays readers who are interested in the content of the texts will find it easier to read the modern s.
3. searchability.
