External Wikilinks

I have added Wikilinks in the form of external links to other Mediawiki sites to the text in order to provide context to the reader in accordance with Wikisource:Style guide#Wikilinks. Many of the political figures mentioned and some of the terminology use in the book have become obscure due to the passage of time (i.e. where name or words may have been specifically used in a historical or cultural context).
