All image files should be uploaded to Commons at Category:The First Men in the Moon (1901).

Image issues:

• The present scan is missing two illustrations from the first chapter, which should face page 6 and page 11.
• The present scan also has the final illustration of "The Grand Lunar" out of place, facing page 140 instead of facing page 322.

It is unclear whether the missing and misplaced illustrations are the result of damage to the scanned volume, or from some difficulty in the scan process. Copies of both missing images have been located through Project Gutenberg and are uploaded to Commons. A scan with the images in their correct locations can be found at IA [1].
