Matthews  v.  Warner

Bill by Edward Matthews against Caleb H. Warner, Charles F. Smith, and the New England Trust Company to recover the proceeds of certain bonds and notes. Complainant having died, J. Brander Matthews and Peter Barlow were made substituted parties. The bill was dismissed below. 33 Fed. Rep. 369. Complainants appeal. Affirmed.
