Roscommon, J.P. co.'s Galway and Middlesex, one of H.M.'s lieutenants for city of London, sheriff London and Middlesex 1879-80, a student of the Inner Temple 16 April, 1868 (then aged 23), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1871 (2nd son of Richard Bayley, late of Preston House, Surbiton, Surrey, gentleman, dec.); born , 1847; married 9 Aug., 1871, Catherine Mary, eldest dau. of William Winter, Esq., of Jersey.
