Section 339bis, paragraph 3: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from fifteen years to twenty years and a fine from three hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht".
Section11.The rates of punishment under section 278, section 279, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2, section 313, paragraph 1, section 317, paragraph 1 and paragraph 3, section 318, paragraph 1 and paragraph 3, and section 319, paragraph 1, of the Penal Code, which have been amended by the Act Amending the Penal Code (No. 8), 2530 BE, shall be repealed and replaced by the following rates of punishment:
Section 278: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over ten years, or a fine not over two hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 279, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over ten years, or a fine not over two hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 279, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over fifteen years, or a fine not over three hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 313, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from fifteen years to twenty years and a fine from three hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht, or life imprisonment, or death".
Section 317, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from three years to fifteen years and a fine from sixty thousand baht to three hundred thousand baht".
Section 317, paragraph 3: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from five years to twenty years and a fine from one hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht".
Section 318, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from two years to ten years and a fine from forty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht".
Section 318, paragraph 3: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from three years to fifteen years and a fine from sixty thousand baht to three hundred thousand baht".
Section 319, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from two years to ten years and a fine from forty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht".
Section12.The rates of punishment under section 282, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, and paragraph 3, section 283, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, and paragraph 3, section 283bis, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2, section 284, paragraph 1, and section 312ter, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2, of the Penal Code, which have been amended by the Act Amending the Penal Code (No. 14), 2540 BE, shall be repealed and replaced by the following rates of punishment:
Section 282, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from one year to ten years and a fine from twenty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht".
Section 282, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from three years to fifteen years and a fine from sixty thousand baht to three hundred thousand baht".
