DELAWARE U.S. Route 9 Extension Approved	Beginning at the present end of U.S. Route at the ferry terminal at Cape May, New Jersey, thence cross Delaware Bay to the ferry landing at Lewes, thence in a south-westerly direction over State Route 18 to the, intersection of U.S. Route 13 at Laurel.
PENNSYLVANIA
U.S. Route 15 U.S. Route 220 Relocation Williamsport Approved	Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Route 15 and U.S. Route 220 and a newly constructed facility through Williamsport, Pennsylvania, thence over the newly constructed facility to the present intersection of U.S. 15 and the present intersection of U.S. 220 at Williamsport.
