Brussels and Louvain are easy Conquests, they do not so much resist, as admit the Victor; but if the Duke of Marlborough, or Prince Eugene had expected other Towns would have made them the same Complements, Lisle had still remained to the French, and Mons, and Tournay might still have been thought im-
