HIGO KŌDA.
669. Higo Kōda-yama no Tokō, Kwansei nen sei=made in the era Kwansei (1789–1800) by a potter of Kōdayama in Higo. The first pottery is said to have been made at Kōda by Agano Kizō (vide text).
670. Higo Udogori Kōdayama sei=made at Kōdayama in the Udo district of Higo; eighteenth century mark.
670 –A. Shofūtei=art name of a potter who worked (middle of nineteenth century) at Kōda and also at Shodai-yama in Higo.
BIZEN (IMBE WARE).
671. Man=ideograph for ten thousand; a mark found on Imbe ware of nineteenth century.
672. Crescent-moon mark, found on old Imbe ware.
673. Daikichi=a mark (unidentified) found on Imbe ware of the eighteenth century.

686. Dai Nappon Ibem tō Mori sei=made by Mori, a potter of Imbe in Great Japan. This is the mark of Mori Rinzō, a modern potter.
SHIDORO (YENSHU).
686. The jigamigata=kiln mark, found on old Shidoro ware.
687. Shidoro=a mark found on Shidoro ware of various periods.
688. Shidoro=mark found on Shidoro ware made by Yoko-oka in early part of eighteenth century.
IZUMO.
689. Unsui=a mark found on early Izumo ware.

691. Un-zen=mark used by the Tsuchiya family of Fujina.

695. Rihei Tomita=mark of a potter, Rihei of Tomita in Sanuki; middle of nineteenth century.
696. Nin=a mark found on Takamatsu ware.

698. Shunmin Hiraga=mark of Hiraga (art name Shunmin), a potter of Sanuki, end of eighteenth century.

IYO.
700. Yoshū Matsuyama=mark of the kiln at Matsuyama in Iyo, at the close of the eighteenth century.
701. Shinshiroyama—mark of an Iyo potter, first half of the nineteenth century.
