Civil Actions § 7949

1. The title of the cause, specifying the name of the court in which the section is brough, the name of the county in which the plaintiff desires the trial to be had and the name of the parties to the action, plaintiff and defendant.

2. A plaint and concise statement of the facts constituting a cause of action without unnecessary repetition.

3. A demand of the relief to which the plaintiff supposes himself entitle. If the recovery of money is demanded, the amount thereof shall be stated.

Complaint in action to recover damages caused by fire alleged to have been negligently allowed by defendant to spread to plaintiff's land need not describe land to which fire spread. Seckerson v. Sinclair, 24 N.D. 625, 140 N.W. 239.

Sufficiency of allegation of facts in regard to defect in street or highway in action against municipal corporation for injuries received therefrom. 21 L.R.A. (N.S.) 42.
