June 26, 1//2, and succeeded his brother, July 14, 1853, having previously, in 1/95, assumed, by Royal permission, the surname and arms of Fellowes: in. 1st, Jan. 30, 1795, Frances, daughter of the late Rev.Castell Sherrard, lit Glaston, (she d 1819), and by her had issue two sons and three daughters; 2ndly, June 24, 1820, Lady Catherine Fortescue, daughter of the 1st Earl Fcrtescue and d.
