Feb. 5, 1801, and succeeded his father, Feb. 10, 1838; was Lord Lieut, of Montgomeryshire; TO. Aug. 25, 1831, Emma Elizabeth Alicia, daughter of G. H. D. Pennant, Esq. of Penrhyn-castle ; and d. Feb. 19, 1863, having had issue six sons and six daughters. SUDELEY, Baroness, EMMA ELIZABETH ALICIA, daughter of George H. D.
