No. 66.An Act to provide for the determination of fair rents for certain dwelling-houses; to enforce such determination; to amend certain Acts; and for purposes consequent thereon or incidental thereto. [Assented to, 29th December, 1915.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title.

Short title.1. This Act may be cited as the "Fair Rents Act, 1915," and shall commence on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
