ſome Volumes. And they who do not expect Admiſſion into a Parliament Houſe, will yet receive thiſ as no unprofitable Diverſion, to obſerve and know the admirable methed of Parliamentary Proceedings; the Exactneſs and Decency of their Orders; the Wiſdom and Prudence of their Cuſtoms; the Extent of their Powers, and the Largeneſs of their Priviledges.

Wherefore, without any Flattering, or Arrogance to my ſelf, I ſhall make bold to tell you, I am verily perſuaded that what I have taken pains to collect from ſeveral Books, and to digeſt into this ſmall Compaſs, for my own Convenience and Information, will conduce to the general Satisfaction of all that read it; which was one main Reaſon that induced me to publiſh it.
