Dickinson, Robert Latou, physician, obstewas born Feb. 21, 1861, in Jersey City, N.J. In 1883 he graduated from the Long Island college hospital; and practices his profession in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is obstetrician-in-ohief to the methodist episcopal hospital; and gynecologist to Saint Mary's hospital of Jamaica. He is the author of American Textbook of Obstetrics. Dickinson, Rodolphus, clergyman, author, was born in 1787 in Deerfield, Mass. He was an episcopal clergyman in Deerfield, Mass. He published a much criticised New and Corrected Version of the New Testament; and Geographical and Statistical View of Massachusetts. He died in 1863 in Deerfield, Mass. Dickinson, Rudolphus, congressman, was born in 1798 in Massachusetts. In 1847-49 he was a representative from Ohio to the thirtieth congress. He died March 13, 1849, in Massachusetts. Dickinson, Townsend, lawyer, jurist. In 1836 he was an associate justice of the supreme court of Arkansas. Dickson, Allah Hamilton, lawyer, was bom Nov. 14, 1851, in Utica, N.Y. He was attorney for several large corporations; and was a director and council for the first national bank of Pittsburg. He died Jan. 21, 1893, in Wilkesbarre, Pa. Dickson, Andrew FUnn, clergyman, author, was bom Nov. 9, 1825, in Charleston, S.C. In 1876-79 he had charge of the Southern general assembly's colored theological institute at Tuscaloosa, Ala. He was the author of Plantation Sermons; The Temptation in the Desert; and The Light, is It Waning? He died in 1879 in Tuscaloosa, Ala. Dickson, Cyrus, clergyman, was born Dec. 20, 1816, in Erie county. Pa. He was chosen permanent clerk of the general assembly; and soon afterward secretary of the board of home missions. In 1877 he represented the board at the pan-presbyterian council in Edinburgh, Scotland. He died Sept. 11, 1881, in Baltimore, Md. Dickson, David, congressman.
