Grimke, Angelina Emily, educator, reformer, author, was born Feb. 20, 1805, in Charleston, S.C. She was the author of a work entitled Letters to Catherine E. Beecher. She died in the South. Grimke, Archibald Henry, lawyer, diplomat, author, was born Aug. 17, 1849, in Charleston, S.C. In 1894-98 he was United States consul at Santo Domingo. He is the author pf Eulogy on Wendell Phillips; Charles Sumner, the Scholar in Politics and William Lloyd Garrison, the Abolitionist.
