Corrib, near Maam ; L. Coolin ; W. side of L. Mask. 9. L. Corrib, near Cong. Jasione montana L., var. ynajor Koch. 8. Cliffs of Mount Gable. Campanida rotundifolia L., var. lancifoHa Mert. & Koch. 9. On limestone S. of L. Mask ; the larger specimens were fairly charac- teristic, but as a rule it was smaller than the variety as described. — Var. hirta Rich. On the more exposed parts of the same rock, in both counties, but sparingly. Samolus Valerandi L. Frequent near Loughs Corrib and Mask; seen in both Dist. 8 and 9. Blackstonia peifuliata Huds. 6. Abundant on the railway-banks in N. Clare. 8. On limestone, near Clonbur. Gentiana Amarella L. 9. S. of L. Mask ; apparently scarce. Myosotis repens G. Don. 8. About Maam and Clonbur, in hill- swamps. Convolvulus arvensis L. 9. Near Cong; only seen at one spot. Solanum Dulcamara L. 3. Ferrybank. 9. Between Clonbur and Cong. Scrophularia aquatica L., var. cinerea Dum. 8. Oughterard. 9. Cong. — S. nodosa L. A few plants with pale green, concolorous (? albino) flowers were found near Maam. Veronica Anagallis-aquatica Li., var. anagalliformis Boreau. 8, 9. Frequent about Cong and Clonbur ; inflorescence densely glandular, and flowers usually pink. Bartsia Oilontites Huds. 8. Ferrybank. 9. Cong — B. verna Reich, in both cases. PJiinanthus Crista-fjalli L., var. fallax Wimm. & Grab. 8. Between Clonbur and Mount Gable. Utricularia hieylecta hehm. 9. In a southern prolongation of L. Mask, just within Co. Mayo ; small and flowerless, but looking quite different from flowerless U. vulgaris, which grew in a pool about half a mile further east.
