Same. L laid up with sore eyes. A could not find Lucy, so as Mr. M's business is pressing lent him Bobby for a trip to the DeGrey - Taylor very ill.

Felling and carting posts for stockyard, Harry (native) shot 10 ducks, much wanted.

FEB. 12.

Sunday. Native dog bit a lamb in front of house, had to kill it 36 lbs.

FEB. 13.

Counted sheep very carefully, 1 short, lost in moving flock home, present number 665, deficit 8. making sheep dip & fold very secure, as the sheep from some cause broke out of it at 3 a.m. luckily got them in safely.

FEB. 14.

W. & Mount returned with mare, left on Maitland. Same work.
