Drawing off 334 ewes, taking them up river, after stray sheep on plain.
SEPT. 27.
Wedged wheels of dray,; & started to Geradalla, where sheep were at noon. Started for George at 3 p.m. & camped at Middleton Pass.
SEPT. 28.
Travelled to Indernooler by noon 7 ms.
SEPT. 29.
Went to Middleton's at noon, p.m. counted sheep, & drove to Mt. Wellard, 1 sheep short.
SEPT. 30.
Went to "Duck Pond" 7 ms.
OCT. 1.
Drove to camp 4½ ms. Sunday.
OCT. 2.
Made yard - & went to Pyramid Station.
OCT. 3.
With team to Jones' Creek.
OCT. 4.
Started at 4 p.m. & came to Mt. Welcome at 6 a.m. 24 ms.
