JgRUSALEM. 13 Else why, 0 Sun, conceal thy face in dread, Why tremble, F.?rth,* and why give up thy dead Why rends the temple's mystic veil in twain, And fearful t?unders shs?e th' ?ri?hted plain Yet, blind to truth, s?y, wretched enters!s, Wait ye the Saviour of a f?ture day ? Lo, he has lived to bless, hoJ died to save, And burst the brazen fetters of the !?rave ! Awake, redeem'd Jerusalem,? awake, And ?rom the dust thy sullied garments shake!
