On motion, it was resolved, that Brothers John C* Osborne^ Wm. L, Alexander and George Lee Davidson, be appointed a commlltee to examine and liquidate the claims which Washington Lodge, No. 15, have with i 3 Grand J^odge, and make a report thereof accord- The most worshipful the Grand Master laid before this Grand Lodge the charter which heretofore issued to the Rising San Lodge, No. 38, in the town of Morgan- ton, surrendered by the said Lodge ; v/hich was accord- ingly accepted on their paying up the dues from them: this Grand Lodge. Ordered to be deposited among the Archives. The
