	(b) Section 12	(i) Insert, immediately after the words “environmental protection,” in paragraphs (a), (d), (e) and (f), the words “radiation control,”.

	(c) —	Insert, immediately after section 38, the following section: “Transfer to Agency of property, employees, existing contracts, etc., from Health Sciences Authority relating to Centre for Radiation Protection 38A.—(1) As from the appointed day, such movable and immovable property vested in the Health Sciences Authority as may be determined by the Minister for Finance and used or managed by the Centre for Radiation Protection and all assets, interests, rights, privileges, liabilities and obligations of the Health Sciences Authority relating to the Centre for Radiation Protection shall be transferred to and shall vest in the Agency without further assurance, act or deed. (2) As from the appointed day, all persons employed immediately before that day by the Health Sciences Authority and posted to the Centre for Radiation Protection shall be transferred to the service of the Agency on terms no less favourable than those enjoyed by them immediately prior to their transfer.
