10:04	10:16			The President, accompanied by Emil Mosbacher, went to the Fish Room to accept the credentials of Roberto R. Aleman the Ambassador of Panama. Viron P. Vaky, served as the Ambassador's escort. After the group returned to the President's office, Ambassador Aleman departed. For more details see APPENDIX "A".
10:16	10:35			The President, accompanied by Emil Mosbacher, went to the Fish Room to accept the credentials of Mario G. Barboza, the Ambassador of Brazil. Viron P. Vaky served as the Ambassador's escort. The group returned to the President's office for further conversations and then departed. For more details. see APPENDIX "B".
