At the conclusion of the introductions Miss Carol Burnett and Donna Howell will ask you to officially launch the 1969 Easter Seal Campaign by accepting a sheet of 1969 Easter Seals. Miss Burnett will, also, ask you to autograph a second sheet of Easter Seals for mounting at the national headquarters. Thirdly, you will be presented with a book of greetings from crippled children across the country.
A single stand-up microphone will be provided for such acknowledgment and remarks as you might wish to make.
