intereft for the fame ; the Sum of ten thoufand Pounds advanced to her Highnefs the Princefs Royal, )eing charged with Intereft by an Order of the thirteenth of September one thoufand fix hundred fixty, the pum of ten thoufand Pounds payable to her Maje(Vy the Queen of Bohemia, being charged, together with' mtereft, by an Order of the thirteenth of September one thoufand fix hundred fixty, the Sum of three thou- jand four hundred' and fifty Pounds payable for Provifions for Dunkirk, by an Order of the twenty-fixth 4 November one thoufand fix hundred fixty; which Sum of twenty-eight thoufand four hundred and fifty Pounds, together with the Intereft for the fame, according to the Tenor of the faid Orders, after the S.ate of fix per Cent, fliall be. paid to the faid Edward Backivell or his Affiigns, out of the Grand Excife, . and the Arrears thereof in Courfe, as is by the faid Orders appointed ; and in Cafe the fame (hall fall jhort in Payment by the twenty-(ifth of December one thoufand fix hundred and fixty, that then the Re- inainder (hall continue fecured to him out of the whole Excife in Courfe as aforefaid, and that no other payments be made out of the Excife, by what is appointed by this prefent Parliament in Courfe to pre- cede the fame,, until the faid Debt due to the faid Edward Backwell be fatisfied ; and that in Cafe any Part ■pf the Monies due to Alderman Backwell, be paid out of that Part of the Excife which Ihall grow due to jhe King's Majefty, that then his Majefty fliall be reimburfed the fame out of the firft Monies that (hall fomein of the Arrears of Excife that will be due the faid twenty-fifth oi December,.
