That all the Monies which flrall be lent to propmu.on. j^g^. ]-yj^-,jgf^y^ on the Credit of the faid Subfidy and additional Duty by this Aft granted, and all the Mo- nies which are or fhail be lent, contributed, or advanced to her Majefty, upon every or any other Aft or Afts of this Sefllon of Parliament, for granting any Aid or Supply, to her Majefty, for carrying on the prefent War, and other her Majefty's necellary or important Occafions, and fo much of the feveral Taxes and Duties by this and the faid other Afts, or any of them granted, as fliall remain (over and above fuch Charges as are to be allowed for the raifing of the faid Taxes and Duties refpeftively, and over and above the Ivlonies thereof, which are in the firft Place to go and be applied in Repayment and Satisfaction of of all the Loans made or to be made thereupon, or upon any of them, and the Intereft thereof refpec- tively) fhall be appropriated, iffued and applied, and the fame are hereby appropriated for or towards the feveral Ufes and Purpofes herein after expre'fled; that is to fay, for or towards the defraying the Charge of the Ordinary of her Majefty's Navy, and other Services of the Navy, and the ViiSualling thereof, and the Sea Service in the Office of the Ordinance, performed and to be performed; and for or towards the Land Services, performed and to be performed by the fiiid Office of the Ordnance; and to and for Subfiftence, Oft'-reckonings, and Clearings for one Year, from the four and twentieth Day of Deccmb.r one thoufand feven hundred and three, to her Majefty's Guards and Garrifons in England, and the Do- minions thereunto belonging [Ireland excepted) and the contingent Charges of the fame; and for or to- wards the defraying the Charge of her Majefty's Army, and fuch Forces as are or fhall be added there- unto in the Low Countries, within or for one Year, to be reckoned from the faid four and twentieth Day of December one thoufand feven hundred and three, and the contingent Charges thereunto belonging; and for or towards the defraying her Majefty's Part of the Charge of the Forces afting or to aft in Conjunc- tion with the Forces of the King of Portugal, until the five and twentieth Day of Deccrnher one thoufand feven hundred and four; and for or towards the Payment of her Majefty's Proportion of the Subfidies du^e, or to be due, upon Treaties made, or to be made, with her Majefty's Allies, and other Charges for the Service of the War, until the faid five and twentieth Day of December one thoufand feven hundred and four; and for and towards the Payment of any Sum, not exceeding five thoufand Pounds, for the Sup- port of the Invalids; and for or towards the difcharging of the Pramlums^ and other Charges for circu- lating the Bills, commonly called Exchequer Bills; and for or towards the Satisfaftion of the Sum, not exceeding eight hundred feventy-five Pounds, to be paid without Account, and free of all Taxes, as well for the Salaries of the five Comm.iffioners appointed by Aft of Parliament for llating the Accounts of the Army, Tranfports, and Prizes, during the laft War, as for incident Charges in the Execution of their Truft, for one Quarter, ending the nine and twentieth Day of March one thoufand feven hundred and four; and for or towards the Satisfaftion of the Sum of three thoufand five hundred Pounds for Salaries, and any Sum not exceeding two thoufand five hundred Pounds for incident Charges, to be allowed with- out Account, and free of all Taxes, to the feven Com,miffioners appointed by A61 of Parliament for fta^, ting the Accounts of all publick Monies, and to none other Ufe, Intent or Purpofe whatfoever : Provided always. That out of the Monies to be iifued to the Guards and Garrifons as aforefaid, there fhall and may be taken and applied, any Sum not exceeding eighty-feven thoufand one hundred twenty-five Pounds ten Shillings, towards the Ctiarge of maintaining the Soldiers, raifed and to be raifed for Sea Service, with their Officers, and the contingent Charges thereunto belonging: And out of the Monies to be iffued , for the Service of the Navy and Sea Services as aforefaid, there Inall be taken and applied fuch Sums, as, together with the faid Sum not exceeding eighty-feven thoufand one hundred twenty-five Pounds ten ^hillings, fhall be neceflary for the Charge of maintaining the faid Soldiers for Sea Service, with their Officers,
