  • very much leffened in the Produce thereof, and the Salt Makers, who, pay their full Duties, are very

That in cafe where any Salt fhall have been entred and fliipped to be exported to Salt forced Into foreign Parts, according to the Directions of the former AiSs in that Behalf, and the Ship or Veffei, r^|-°f ^ . ■laden with fuch Salt, ftiall by Strefs of Weather, Enemies, or other unavoidable Neceffities, be forced ther^&c. inay ■into any Port or Place within England, Wales, or Berwick upon Tweed, it fhall and may be lawful to and be re- landed. for the Owner of fuch Salt, or Mafter of fuch Ship, withirt twenty Days after her coming into fuch Port, to reland the faid Salt,- fo as due Entry be made, and the Duties again paid down for the whole •Qiiantity of Salt that was entred to be exported, before any Part thereof fliall be relanded, and not other- wife ; any thing in this Acl: or any other Law or Statute to the contrary notwithftanding.. V. Provided alfo. That in cafe where any Fifherman fliall have taken any Salt on board his Boat or Fi1i«rnian may Veflel from any Part of England, Wales, or Bet;wick upon Tweed, for the faking of Fi'h at Sea, it ftiall land Salt taken -and may be lawful for any fuch Fiftierman to bring in and land any fuch Salt fo taken on board, fo as "^^aa^'pnh' on Oath be made before the Landing thereof (which Oath the Officer for the faid Duties hath hereby Power, Oathmade' &c. and is hereby direfted to adminifter, without Fee or Charge) thafthe particular Qiiaiitity of Salt, fo to ■ , : be landed, was taken on board from fome Part of England, Wales, or Berwick upon Tiueed, and at what .
