That her Majefty may, from Time ^mmkt?dout" ^° Time, grant a Commiffion to fuch General, Lieutenant General, or other Officers, as aforefaid, for ofTheRtaim, *'^^ holding a Court-martial within this Realm, in which all Officers and Soldiers, who (hall at any Time not before tried, hereafter, during the Continuance of this A£t, cornmit any Crime or Offence out of this Realm, againfl the Rules, Articles, or Laws of War, and fhall not be tried for the fame by a Court-martial, before their Return into this Realm, fliall and may be tried and proceeded againft, and puniflied, according to the Rules and Articles of War afore-mentioned. sl'ld^e?s'dere" in' ^XXIX. The Debts owing in Quarters by the Invalids of Cheljea Hofpital, &c. fhall be paid. Perfops rep rie?ed from Executiofi, in order to obtain their Pardon, &c. On Sight of the Queen's Warrant, for paffing fuch Pardon, Judge may direft the Delivery of Prifoner, to be lifted in the Queen's Service.' Pardon, when paffed to be inrolled, U'e, Aft, as to Mutineers and Deferters, C5V. to extend to the Forces in Ireland. The Pay of the 10,000 Men raifed for Sea Service to be cleared to 25 D^c. 1703. Accounts of the Englijh and Dutch Trains of Artillery, to be examined, and Debentures iffued out thereupon. Pay of the Forces at NewYork to be computed.
