VL And it is hereby enafted, That the faid feveral Duties upon Low Wines, or Spirits of the firft Extraftion ; and the faid Duties payable by Hawkers, Pedlars, Petty Chapmen, and ociiers defcribsd as aforefaid; and the faid Rates and Duties upon Vellum, Parchment and Paper; and the faid additional Subfidy of Tunnage and Poundage, and other Duties upon Wines, Goods, and Merchandizes, by this Aft feverally granted for a further Term of one Year as aforefaid ; and the faid Duty upon Sweets by this Aft granted for a further Term of two Years as aforefaid ; and the faid Rates and Duties of Excife by this Aft granted Tor a further Term of fifteen Years as aforefaid, for the Ufes and Purpofes in this Aft expreffed, be feverally and refpeftively raifed and levied by fuch Rules and Methods, and un- der fuch Penalties and Forfeitures, and with fuch DKlribution of the faid Penalties and Forfeitures, and fubjeft to fuch Power of Mitigation, and fuch refpedtive Drawbacks, Allowances, and Repay- ments, and in fuch Manner and Form as the like Duties granted or continued by the faid Aft of the fifth Year of her Majefty's Reign, or any of them refpeftively, are prefcribcd, enafted, or appointed to be raifed or levied. VIL And it is hereby enafted and declared. That the faid Overplus Monies of the faid Rates, Duties, Subfidies, and other Funds fettled for Payment of the faid feveral Annuities purchafed upon the faid feveral Afts of the fourth and fifth Years of her Majefl:y's Reign refpeftively ; and the faid Overplus Monies of the faid Rates and Duties of Excife which were granted in the fourth Year of their faid late Majefty's Reign as aforefaid ; and the faid Sum not exceeding one hundred thoufand Pounds, direfted to be referved out of the Contribution-monies as aforefaid ; and the feveral Grants made by this A61: of the faid Duties upon Lov/ Wines, or Spirits of the firft Extraftion ; and of the faid Duties to be paid by Hawkers, Ped- lars, and Petty Chapmen ; and cf the faid Duties upon Vellum, Parchment, and Paper; and of tie faid additional Subfidy of Tunnage and Poundage feverally, for the further Term of one Year as aforefiid ; and of the faid Duties upon Sweets for two Years as aforefaid ; and of the faid particular Rates and Du- ties of Excife for the Term of fifteen Years as afotefaid ; or fo much of the .faid feveral Overplus i>lo- 4 nies.
