' Manors, Proprietors, Owners or Occupiers of any Rivers, Creeks, Streams or Fifheries adjacent to or within any Part of the faid Limits, or to the Rights of any other Perfon or Perfons within the Limits aforefaid. XX. Provided alfo. That nothing in this Ad contained (hall extend, or be conflrued to extend, to Places and Per- any Fifherman or Drudgerman who now do or (hall hereafter inhabit or dwell in any of the Cinque Ports ^""^ exempted or their Members, or in the City of Rochejler,^ or Towns or Places of Strood^ Chatham, Frindjbury^ Gil- ^°Jon of this ' Jingham, Milton, ^eenborough. Drudgermen (hall and may ufe and exercife their Trades of Fi(hing and Drudging, and Selling, in as full and ample Manner as they have heretofore lawfully done, to all Intents and Purpofes as if this Ad had never been made. XXI.
