be it enacted by the King's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament afiembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That an Acl made in the laft Seffion of Parliament, intituled. An ASl to prohibit^ for a Time to he li' mited^ the Exportation of Corn^ Malt^ Meo.l^ Flow Breads Bifcuit and Starch and alfo an A61 made in the fame Seflion, intituled, An ASl to prohibit^ for a limited Time^ the making of Low Wines and Spirits f ram Wheats Barley^ Malt or any other Sort of Grain, or from any Meal or Flour ; fhall be, and the fame are hereby further continued, from the Expiration thereof refpedtively, until the twenty-fourth Day of December one thoufand feven hundred and fifty-eight. II. Provided always, and be it enailed by the Authority aforefaid. That the faid AtSl, intituled. An A£l ta prohibit, for a Time to be limited, the Exportation of Corn, Malt, Meal, Flour, Bread, Bifcuit and Starch, or any Thing therein contained, {hall not extend to any Wheat, Barley, Oats, Meal or Flour, to be tranf- ported out of or from the Ports of Southampton or Exeter only, unto the Ifle of Man, for the only Ufe of the Inhabitants of that Ifland, fo as the Exporter, before the Lading of fuch Wheat, Barley, Oats, Meal or Flour, or laying the fame on Board, do become bound with other fufficient Security (which the Cuftomer or Comptroller of either of the faid Ports refpeftively, hath hereby Power to take in his Majefty's Name, and to his Majefty's Ufe, and for which Security no Fee or Reward fiiall be given or taken) that fuch Wheat, Barley, Oats, Meal or Flour, {hall be landed in the faid If s of Man (the Danger of the Seas only ex- cepted) for the Ufe of the Inhabitants there, and {hall not be landed or fold in any other Parts whatfoever, and to return the like Certificates of the Landing the fame there, as are by the faid ASt required on the Ex- portation of the faid Commodities to the Britijh Colonies in America, and within the Time for that Purpofe therein mentioned, and fo as the whole Quantity of Wheat, Barley, Oats, Meal or Flour, which at any Time or Times after the pafling of this KSt, and before the faid twenty -fourth Day of December, {hall be {hipped at both the faid Ports for the faid Ife of Man as aforefaid, {hall not exceed in the Whole, two thou- fand five hundred Quarters ; one Moiety whereof to be exported at the faid Port of Sauthainpton, and the other Moiety thereof to be exported at the faid Port of Exeter; any thing in the faid Kdi, or any other At5l to the contrary notwithftanding.

' Flour as have been or f) a II be taken from the Enemy, and brought into this Kingdom, is expired, and it is ne- ' ceftary that the fame {hould be revived and continued ;' Be it therefore enadted by the Authority aforefaid, That the Hiid A£l {hall be, and the fame is hereby revived, and {hall continue and be in Force, until the twenty-fourth Y^a^ ai December one thoufand feven hundred and fifty-eight. iV. And be it further ena6led by the Authority aforefaid, Fhat it {hall be lawful, during the Continuance of the faid A£l, and under the Regulations therein mentioned, for any Perfon or Perfons whatfoever, to import and bring into this Kingdom, in any Ship or Vcfl'el belonging to Great Britain, or to any Kingdom or State in Amity with his Majefty, his Heirs or SucccfTors, from aiiy Part or Place what- foever. Corn and Flour Duty-free ; and that it {hall be lawful at any Time or Times before the faid twen-' ty-fourth Day o^ December, for any Perfon or Perfons whatfoever, to import and bring into the Kingdom of Ireland, in any Ship or Vcflll belonging to any Kingdom or State in Amity with his Majefty, his Heirs or Succefror*!, Corn and Flour from any Port or Place whatfoever; any A6t or A6ls of Parliament to the contrary not^A•ithftanding. •• V. And wheteas it may become ncceflary, in cafe of Exigency, to export certain Q^iantities of the
