the King's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in Parliament afiembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That all ■ thofe feveral Pieces or Parcels of Land on which the Line ranging North from the Gun Wharf " Wall at Plymouth Dock., in the Parifh of Stoke Damercll^ in the County of Devofiy to the Wharf of Jofeph Hooper Ship-Wright, on the South ; and all thofe feveral Fields and Pieces or Parcels of Land lying on the North and Eafl Sides of the faid Line ; and all thofe feveral Fields and Pieces ot Parcels of Land lying within the Line, as the faid Land is bounded and marked out for compleat- ing the Fortifications, or intended for the Security of his Majefty's Dock Yards, Ships, and Stores, at Plymouth aforefaid ; all which faid feveral Pieces and Parcels of Land are fituate, lying and being in the faid Parifh of Stoke Damerell^ and contain together one hundred ninety-five Acres, one Rood, and nine Rod, by Statute Meafure, together with all Houfes, Outhoufes, Mills, Edifices, and tuildings thereon, or on any Part thereof, erected and built, and all Ways, Waters, Watercourfes, Paths, Paffages, Eafements, and Appurtenances, thereunto belonging; and alfo all that Meflliage or Tenement with the Outhoufes, Yards, Gardens, and Appurtenances, fituate, lying and being in or near the Town of Plymouth^ in the faid County of Devon^ and adjoining or very near to the North Side of the Citadel of Plymouth aforefaid ; and alfo all that Piece or Parcel of Marlh Ground containing in Statute Meafure fixteen Acres, three Rood, and twenty-five Rod, near Portfea Lake, being Part of a Marfh called the Great Marjh, belonging to William Pike oi Portf?nouthy in the County of Southampton Efquire ; and alfo ail that Piece or Parcel of Meadow or Pafture Ground containing, in Statute Meafure, two Acres, two Rood, and twenty-eight Perch, adjoining to the faid Piece of Marfh Ground laft-mentioned, being Part of a Meadow or Piece of Pafture Ground belonging to the faid IVilliam Pike ; and alfo all that Cottage and Garden fituate near the faid Meadow or Pafture Ground laft-mentioned ; and alfo all that Piece or Parcel of Wafte Ground containing in Statute Meafure ninety-five Acres, one Rood, and eight Rod, being Part of a large Piece of Marfhy Wafte Ground commonly called Hilfey Green^ otherwife Hilfey Coirunon ; all which faid Cottage, Garden, Meadow, Marfh, and Wafte Ground, are fituate and being in the Parifti of /^/wrr/Vz^, in the faid County of Southampton and alfo all that the common Field of Hilfey^, commonly called or known by the Name oi Breach, fituate and being in the faid Parifti of JVimering, containing together, in Sta- tute Meafure, fixteen Acres, two Roods, and twenty-three Rods and an Half ; and all that Piece or Parcel of Garden Ground, now taken into the faid Field on the Eaft Side thereof, from a Te- nement called Griffin's Tenement ; and all that Piece or Parcel of Pafture Land adjoining to, and at the North End of the faid Field, containing, in Statute Meafure, one Acre and nineteen Rods; and all that Barn and Yard adjoining to the Weft Side of the Field, now or late in the Occupation of IVilliam IVatmore ; all which faid Premifles laft mentioned are fituate in the faid Parifli oi Wimer~ ing; and alfo all that Piece or Parcel of Land, containing, in Statute Meafure, two Acres, three Rood, and thirty-one Rod, Part of a Clofe of Land called Moor Clofe, otherwife Merrice Clofe ; and -all that Piece or Parcel of Pafture Land, containing, in Statute Meafure, two Acres, three Rood, and one Rod, Part of a clofe of Land aWtd Hambrooke and all that Piece or Parcel of Pafture Land, containing, in Statute Meafure, one Acre, three Rood, and twenty-Rod, Part of a Clofe of Land called Haven's Croft ; and alfo two Pieces or Parcels of Ara- ble Land, containing together, by Statute Meafure, fourteen Acres, two Rood, and two Perch ; all which five feveral Pieces or Parcels of Furze and Arable Land, are fituate on the North Side o( For- ton Lake, near Gcfport, in the Parifti of Aiverfioke, in the faid County of Southainpton ; and alfo all that Piece or Parcel of Land, fituate near Bronrpton, containing two Acres, two Rood, and twenty Rod, be the fame more or lefs ; and all that Piece or Parcel of Land adjoining to the faid laft mentioned Piece of Land, containing fix Acres three Rood, and thirteen Rod, be the fame more or lefs; which faid two Pieces of Land were formerly Part of two Fields called Brick Kiln Field, and Great Binfieads; and alfo all that Pitce or Parcel of Land lying at the South Eaft Corner of his Majefty's Lines at Chatham, containing four Acres and one Rood, be the fame more or lefs, now in the Tenure or 0<.Cupation of Thomas Field, Inholder, his Undertenants or Affigns ;
