That it fhall and maybe lawful to and for the Lord Lordof the Manoi of and Lords of the Manor of Stoke Damerell for the time being, and theirT'enants, Servants and Agents, S^^ke ^^^^^^^g^||;^^^J'"^^J .from Time to Time, and at all Times hereafter, within fuch Diftance from the High Water Mark, o°he'f Stones, pro-er for I as fhall be allotted by the faid Commiffioncis, or any five or more of tliem, fo as no Prejudice be building, or paving the done thereby to his Majefty's Soil, Lines or Fortifications, to dig and get out of the Clifts and Sea Streets of the Town, Banks, lying between Mutton Cove and the faid Jofeph Hooper s Yard aforefaid, and between the faid within a certain Diftance Yard and the Houfe called the Pajfage Houfe^ near the Ferry at Stonehouje aforefaid, Lime Stones and °^ ^^* Works, I other Stones to be employed in and for the building and repairing Houfes, and paving Streets, in ' the Manor and Parifh of Stoke DamcrelUkiXC^TiiA ; and to make and build Kilns in or under the faid and to build Lime Kilns ; " Cliffs, for the burning and manufacturing the faid Lime, fo as no Stones be dug, nor any Kiln be made or eredted within the Diftance of one hundred and fifty Yards on either Side of the faid Yard ; and alfo to have, ufe ar ' * ■> -r^ , n n- ,- , ^ n. j r r. .c...r^ . to Dock Town aforefaid, fage to be laid out fhall appoint, leading from Mutton Cove aforefaid, to Dock "Town aforefaid ; and alfo fome conve- nient Way or PafTage to be laid out and appointed as aforefaid, from the Lime Kiln now erected between Hooper's Yard aforefaid, and the Pajfage Houfe aforefaid, to the Dock Town aforefaid, for conveying and carrying fuch Stones and Lime, and all Materials proper for getting, burning, and . manufadturing the fame, with Horfes, Cattle, Carts and Carriages, at all convenient Garrifon 'Hours and Times, from the faid Cliffs and Sea Banks, to the Dock Town aforefaid, fo as the lay- ing out, making, ufing or occupying, the Fortifications or other Works intended to be made and erected on the faid PremifTes, for the Ufe of his Majefty, his Heirs and Succeflbrs, purfuant to this Ai5t, ftiall not thereby be in any wife prejudiced, obftrucSted or hindered. XIL Provided alfo, and be it further enacted. That it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid and alfo to enjoy a proper Lord or Lords of the faid Manor of Stoke Damerell for the Time being, to have, ufe and enjoy a J;n"eov^/3^„"G^oJ^'JJ^ proper and convenient Landing Place, in and on a certain Place called Mutton Cove, with fufficient 1°^^^ Keyt^^nd Wharfs'* Ground not exceeding one Acre in the whole, to b'uild and erect proper Keys and Wharfs, for thereon, and a Carriage- landing, laying, beftowing and keeping all fuch Goods, Wares and Merchandizes, as fliall be way to the fame j brought thereto, and to load and unload the fame, in, upon or from fuch Wharfs, Keys and Land- ing Places, to, from or on Board of any Ship, Boat, or other VefTel, fo as there fhall be no other Buildings, Storehoufes or Sheds erected on the faid Acre of Land, than what are now erected there ; and alfo the Way, Road and PafTage, or fome other convenient Way, Road or Pafilige, to be laid out and appointed as aforefaid, from Mutton Cove aforefaid, to Dock Town aforefaid, for all , Sorts of Horfes, Cattle and Carriages, to and from fuch Wharfs and Keys, to the Dock Town in the faid Parifh of Stoke Damerell aforefaid. XIIL Provided alfo, and be it further enacted. That it fhall and may be lawful to and for the with the feveral Landing Lord or Lords of the Manor of Stoke Damerell for the Time being, to have, ufe and enjoy, the fe- oJei^hc^Creek and'"* "veral Landing Places now ufed for Boats paffing over the Creek or River, to and irom Dock Town '^^!^^l'^ aforefaid, and to and from Mutton Cove aforefaid, and the Houfe at Stonehouje Pajfage, called the Pajfage Houfe, with the Appurtenances, together with the faid Roads, Ways and PafTages, herein before mentioned, to and from the faid Places refpedtively. XIV. Provided alfo, and it is hereby further enacted and declared. XV. Provided always. That no Commiffioners who fh.ll be employed in the Execution of this Commiflloners exempted A6t, fhall be liable, for or by reafon of fuch Execution, to any of the Penalties mentioned in an from the Penalties of the A£t made in the twenty-fifth Year of the Reign of King Charles the Second, intituled. An Atl ^^ of 25 Car. 2. c. 2. for preventing Dangers which may happen from Popifh Recufants ; or in one other A£t made in the firft Year of the Reign of King William and Qiieen Mary, intituled, Jn J Si for the abrogating the Oaths i W. & M, c. 8. of Supremacy and Jllegiance, and appointing other Oaths; or in one other A6t made in the Parliament holden in the thirteenth and fourteenth Years of the Reign of the late King William the Third, 13 & 14 W. 3. c. 6. intituled.
