XIL Provided alfo, and be it further enacted. That it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid and alfo to enjoy a proper Lord or Lords of the faid Manor of Stoke Damerell for the Time being, to have, ufe and enjoy a J;n"eov^/3^„"G^oJ^'JJ^ proper and convenient Landing Place, in and on a certain Place called Mutton Cove, with fufficient 1°^^^ Keyt^^nd Wharfs'* Ground not exceeding one Acre in the whole, to b'uild and erect proper Keys and Wharfs, for thereon, and a Carriage- landing, laying, beftowing and keeping all fuch Goods, Wares and Merchandizes, as fliall be way to the fame j brought thereto, and to load and unload the fame, in, upon or from fuch Wharfs, Keys and Land- ing Places, to, from or on Board of any Ship, Boat, or other VefTel, fo as there fhall be no other Buildings, Storehoufes or Sheds erected on the faid Acre of Land, than what are now erected there ; and alfo the Way, Road and PafTage, or fome other convenient Way, Road or Pafilige, to be laid out and appointed as aforefaid, from Mutton Cove aforefaid, to Dock Town aforefaid, for all , Sorts of Horfes, Cattle and Carriages, to and from fuch Wharfs and Keys, to the Dock Town in the faid Parifh of Stoke Damerell aforefaid. XIIL Provided alfo, and be it further enacted. That it fhall and may be lawful to and for the with the feveral Landing Lord or Lords of the Manor of Stoke Damerell for the Time being, to have, ufe and enjoy, the fe- oJei^hc^Creek and'"* "veral Landing Places now ufed for Boats paffing over the Creek or River, to and irom Dock Town '^^!^^l'^ aforefaid, and to and from Mutton Cove aforefaid, and the Houfe at Stonehouje Pajfage, called the Pajfage Houfe, with the Appurtenances, together with the faid Roads, Ways and PafTages, herein before mentioned, to and from the faid Places refpedtively. XIV. Provided alfo, and it is hereby further enacted and declared. XV. Provided always. That no Commiffioners who fh.ll be employed in the Execution of this Commiflloners exempted A6t, fhall be liable, for or by reafon of fuch Execution, to any of the Penalties mentioned in an from the Penalties of the A£t made in the twenty-fifth Year of the Reign of King Charles the Second, intituled. An Atl ^^ of 25 Car. 2. c. 2. for preventing Dangers which may happen from Popifh Recufants ; or in one other A£t made in the firft Year of the Reign of King William and Qiieen Mary, intituled, Jn J Si for the abrogating the Oaths i W. & M, c. 8. of Supremacy and Jllegiance, and appointing other Oaths; or in one other A6t made in the Parliament holden in the thirteenth and fourteenth Years of the Reign of the late King William the Third, 13 & 14 W. 3. c. 6. intituled. An Acl for the better Security of his Majejifs Perfon-t and the Succejfton of the Crown in the Protejlant U
