- Majefty's Subjects ;' Be it therefore enafted by the King's moft Excellent Majeity, by and with the Ad-
vice and Confcnt of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament af- fembled, and by the Authority of the fame. That no Perfon or Perfons whatfoever, at any Time or No Com, «rc. ta Times before the twenty-fifth Day oi December in the Year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred and be expoiteddom ""■"""■■■■"■ " ' Great Britain or Boar, in order to be exported or carried out of the faid Kingdoms o^ Great Britain or Ireland, any Sort oi Corn, Meal, Malt, Flour, Bread, Bifcuit or Starch, under the Penalties and Forfeitures herein after men- tioned ; that is to fay, That all the faid Commodities that fhall be fo exported, fhipped, or laid on Board, or loaded to be exported, fliipped or carried out, contrary to this Act, fhall be forfeited ; and that every Offender or Offenders therein (hall forfeit the Sum of twenty Shillings for every Bufiiel of Corn, Malt, Meal, or Flour ; and twelve Pence of lawful Money of Great Britain, for every Pound Weight of Bread, Bifcuit or Starch, and fo in Proportion for any greater or lefs Quantity, which (hall be fo exported, Ship- ped or put on Board to be exported ; and alfo the Ship, Boat or Veflel, upon which any of the faid Com^ modities fhall be exported, fhipped or laden to be exported, and all her Guns, Tackle, Apparel, and Furni'-ire, -.r.riU be forfeited ; and one Moiety of all the faid Penalties and Forteitures ihall be to the One Moietv of King's Majefly, his Heirs and Succeiiors, and the other Moiety to him or them that will fue for the f.:me ; the Forfeiture cc and for Offences which ftiall be committed in that Part of Gr^'r// 5r;/^/;2 called £'«^/a«/'/, fuch Penalties ?° ^°'*^^'^'"S. and Forfeitures Jhall be recovered by A6tion of Debt, Bill, Plaint, or Lnformation, in any of his Ma- p^.^,°ewo" "^"^ jelly's Courts of Record at Wejhninfter, or before the Juftices of AfTize, or at the Great SefTions in IVaUs, Method of Re- or by Information at any General Qiiarter-SefHons of the Peace, for the County, City, Ridiiig, Divifion, covery thereof it or Place where the Offence fliall be committed ; and in fuch Suit, no Effoin, Protecfion, Privilege, or in England, W.^ger of Law, ftiall be allowed ; and for Offences which fhall be committed in that Part of Great Britain Wales, »Rcalr..J iSfo//-^^^, by AtStion, 01 fummary Bill or Information in the Courts of Seffions or Exchequer in Scotland, Scotland ; huA for Offences which fliall be committ-d m Ireland, in his Maitffy's Couru of Record in or Ireland, Vol. Vlil.
