ted by the King's moft Excellent Majcfty, by and with the Advice and Confcnt of the Lords Spiri- tual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prcfcnt Parliament affemblcd, and by the Authority of the fame. An A6t for draining and preferving certain Fen Lands and Low Grounds in the Parifhes of Somerjhamj and Pidley with Fenton, and the Parifh of CoInCt in the County of Huntingdon. WHEREAS certain Fen Lands and Low Grounds (Part of the Great Level of the Fens Preamble, called Bedford Level) in the Parifhes of So?}ierJham, and Pidley with Fentoti and Colne^ in the County oi Huntingdon^ lately belonging to Sir Tho7na5 Drury Baronet, Dinghy AJkham Efquire, Rebecca Milhourn, Widow, William Underwood and Charles Leeds, Gentlemen; and containing in the whole by Eftimation, one thoufand four hundred Acres or thereabouts, the Boundaries whereof are as follow; that is to fay. Beginning from the North WqA: Corner of the Farm belonging to Charles Leeds, next to JVilliam tJnderivood's Hither High Fen Farm, in Somerjham aforefaid, and next to Fenton Load; and from thence, along the faid Fe}iton Load, to Fenton Willows, by the North Faff Corner of Miflrefs Rebecca Milbourns Land; and from thence by the River of IFeJi Water, to Croivlade Common, to Chatteris Chclm, up to the Hard Lands there ; and from thence, b'V the faid River of Weji Water, to Hammond's Fan Bridge, at Somerjlmm Toll; and from thence along the faid Hammond's Eau to the Drain called Leeds's Twelve Foot Drain, and along the faid Twelve Foot Drain, to the South Weft Corner of the laid Charles Leeds's Farm; and from thence along the Drain between William Underwood's Hither High Fen Farm, and the faid Farm belong- ing to the laid Charles Leeds, to Fenton Load, are fubje6t to be overflowed, but are capable of being drained, and thereby greatly improved : And whereas the faidLands and Grounds adjoin or lie contiguous to feveral of the Lands and Grounds mentioned and defcribed in an A6t made in the ■*' twenty-fccond Year of his prefent Majefly's Reign, intituled, An Aii for draining and preferving „ Ceo 2.
