And to the Intent that all and firig'dlar' the Proprietors aforefaid fn^y b6 paid for their refpec- B:lls to be ma^e out for tive Eftates and Intereft, all and every fuch Sum or Sums of Money as they have been adjudged and determined by the faid Commiflioners to be refpeCtively intitled unto, together with Intereft; for the fame , Be it further further ena6ted by the Authority aforefaid, That it fhall and may be the rerpcclive Sums and i^^yfuj fQ^ the Surveyor General of the Ordnance for the Time being, to make out and allow one Iniereft by the Surveyor General of the Ord- Oance, or more Bill or Bills to the refpedtive Perfon or Perfons, Bodies Politic or Corporate, for fuch Sum and Sums of Money as is or are to th^m refpedtively adjudged, together with Intereft for the fame after the Rate of four Pounds per Centum per Annum ; which Bill or Bills fo made out and allowed, fhall exprefs the refpedtive Houfe or Houfes, Number of Acres, or Parcel of Lands, toge- ther with the Name of the Perfon or Perfons, Bodies Politic or Corporate, and the refpedive Sum^ and Debentures to be if- oi Sums of Money he, fhe or they is or are to receive; and thereupon, one or more Debentuie or Debentures fhall be prepared for the feveral and refpeCtive Sums as aforefaid, by the Clerk of the Ordnance for the time being, and figned by three or more of the principal Officers of the Ordnance for the Time being; which Debenture or Debentures is and are hereby required to be paid by the Treiifurer of the Ordnance for the Time being, who fhall take Acquittances from the Parties indor ^fed th ereon.
