Able-bodied XV. Provided always. That no Perfon fhall be inlifted by the faid Commiffioners by Virtue of thrs Wen only to be A6t, who is not fuch an able-bodied Man as is fit to ferve his Majefty, and is free from Ruptures and inuaed; every Other Diftemper, or bodily Wcaknefs or Infirmity, which may render him unfit to perform the itnorlhZTls ^^^y of a Soldier; and that no Man be inlifted for his Majefty's Service by Virtue of this Acft, who fliall Years of Age, appear in the Opinion of the Commiffioners, or Officer or Officers appointed to receive the imprefTed norPapirts, nor Men, to be under the Age of feventeen Years, or above the Age of forty-five Years, or a known who arc under 5 Papjft, or or who fhall be under the Size of five Feet four Inches without Shoes.
