- raifmg the Supply granted to his Majcily in this prefuit Sefiion of Parliarr.ent, the Sum of twelve
- n-i-iliio"ns be railed in iVIanncr following ; that is to fay. The Sum of eleven millions four hundred
- thoufand Pounds be raif:d by Annuities, after the Rate of thr-e Pounds/'tr Centum per Anmun^ tranf-
- ferrable at the Bank of England, and redeemable by Parliament ; and that every Contributor to the:
' faid eleven millions four hundred tnoufand Pounds, fhall alfo be intitled to an Annuity of one ' Pound two Shillings and fix pence, for every one hundred Pounds contributed, to continue for a ' certain Term of ninety-nine Years irredeemable, and to be transferrable at the Bank of England;
- and that the Sum of fix hundred thoudind Pounds be alfo raifed by a Lottery, attendant on the faid
' Annuities, the Blanks and Piizes whereof to be converted into like three Pounds prr Ccntmn tranf-
