That the feveral Annuities v/hich by Annuities charged on this Av?L are granted and made payable, in refpe6f of the Sum of tv/tlve millions, until Redemption "^'""^ Sinking Fund, thereof by Parliament, in manner herein mentioned, fhall be charged and chargeable upon, and payable out of, the Monies which fhall from Time to Time arife, and be remaining in the Receipt of his Majefty's Exchequer, of or for the Surpluffes, Excefles, Overplus Monies, and other Reve- nues compofing the Fund commonly called The Sinking Fund', and the faid Surplufles, Excefles, Overplus Monies, and other Revenues, are hereby appropriated for that Purpofe accordingly.
