And be it further enabled, That all the Agreements, Contrads, Sales, and Conveyances, Agreements, &c. to be and alfo all Verdids and Judgments, which {hall be made and given in relation to any fuch Lands, Jlg'^p'^j^jj the Clerk oj Tenements and Hereditaments, as aforefaid (fuch Verdidts and Judgments being figned by five or *^ ^^^^' more of the faid reipcdtive Commiflioners vi'ho fhall be prefent at the taking of fuch Inqueft:) fhall be delivered to the Clerk, of the Peace for the Parts or Place wherein fuch Lands, Tenements or Here- ditaments, are fituate, and {hall be filed with the Rolls of fuch Parts or Place; and the fame, or a true Copy thereof, {liall be admitted as Evidence in all Courts whatfoever j and all Per- fons {liall have Liberty to infped: the fame, and take Copies thereof, upon paying for evey fuch In- fpe^lion the Sum of one Shilling, and for every fuch Copy, not exceeding two hundred Words, the Sum of nine Pence, and fo in Proportion for any greater Number of Words. XCIV. And be it further enaded. XCV. And be it further enadted. Commiffioners, or any five or more of them, before the fummoning of any fuch Jury, for or in re^ fpedl of any fuch Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments, or Damages as afbrefaid, that then all the Expences of fuch Jury, and the Witneffes attendijig in confequence thereof, and of taking fuch L)que{V, {laall be paid by the faid refpedtive Commiffioners, or any five or more of them, out of the Monies to arife by virtue of this Act; but if any Verdidt fhall be given for no more or a leis Sum than {hall have been fo previoufly oft'ered by or on the Behalf of the faid refpective Com-r miffioners, or any five or more of them, then and in every fuch Cafe fuch Expences fliaU be paid by the Owners of, or Perfons interefted in, the Lands, Tenements or H^icditameats ia Queflion. XCVL And be it further enaded. That the faid General Commiffioners for the Drainage, or Commiil'oners to ap, any five or more of them, or the faid Commiffioners for the faid refpedtive Difi:ri£ts, or any five or point Ofi-.Qcrs, &c. more of them, or the faid Commiffioners for the Navigation, or any five or more of them refpective- ly, fhall be, and they are hereby impowered, from time to time, by Writing under their Hands and Seals, to appoint fuch Collector or Colledors of the faid Taxes and Tolls, and alfo fuch Treafurer or Treafurers, as they {hall think fit to employ in the Execution of this A61 ; fuch Trea- furer or Treafurers, and Collector or Collectors, giving Security to the Satisfaction of the faid re- fpe£tive Commiffioners, or any five or more of them, who {hall adminifter an Oath to every fuch Colledtor for the faithful Execution of his Office (which Oath any two of the faid refpedive Com- miffioners are hereby impowered to adminifter) and fuch Collector or Colle6tors fliall, at I'uch Times as he or they {liall be required by the faid refpe£tive Commiffioners, or any five or more of them, by Writing under their Hands, pay or caufe to he paid into the Hands of the faid Trea- furer or Treafurers, all_ and every the Sum and Sums of Money which fuch Colle6tor or Collectors (hall have received by virtue of this A6t ; and the faid refpedive Commiffioners, or any five or more of them, may alfo, by Writing under their Hands and Seals, appoint a Clerk or Clerks, Surveyor or Surveyors, and fuch other Officers as they fhall think fit to employ in the Execution of this Adt ; and all the Officers fo to be appointed fhall be paid, out of the Monies to be raifed by virtue of and rt»»i!owtU;n this A£t, fuch Salaries or Allowances as the faid refpedtive Commiffioners, or any five or more of Salanci. them, fhall think reafbnable ; and fhall be from Time to Time removeable, at the Will and Pica- lure of the faid refpcdtive Commiffioners, or any five or more of them.
