rituous Liquors granted by an Act of this Session of Parliament; and also the Sum of one million nine with the Sum of 1,009,217,l. 2s. 8d. 2q. charged on the sinking fund; 2 Geo. 3. c. 33 thousand two hundred seventeen Pounds two Shillings and eight Pence Halfpenny, out of such Mo- nies as shall or may arise of the Surplusses, Excesses or Overplus Monies, and other Revenues com- posfing the Fund commonly called The Sinking Fund, directed to be issued and applied by one other Act of this Session of Parliament, intituled. An Act for granting to his Majesty a certain Sum of Money out of the Siniking Fund, and for applying certain Monies remaining in the Exchequer for the Service of the Year one thousand seven hundred and sixty-two; and for settling and securing a certain Annuity for the Use of the Right Honourable Arthur Onslow, Speaker of the Houde of Commons in the last five Parliaments; also the Sum of 1115,l. replaced out of the Arrears of the Civil List of 2 Geo 2. with 20,000l remaining unapplied in the Exchequer, of the money granted on 1758 towards Pay and Cloathing of the Malita; and also the Sum of one hundred and fifteen thousand Pounds, granted by an Act made in the second Year of his late Majesty's Reign, upon account of Arrears of his late Majesty's Civil List Revenues, and now by his Majesty's Direction replaced and refunded out of the Arrears of the said Revenues, which were standing out at the Time of his late Majesty's Demise; and also the Sum of twenty thousand Pounds remaining in the Receipt of the Exchequer, being Part of the Sum of one hundred thousand Pounds, granted to his late Majesty in the Year one thousand seven hundred and fifty-eight, upon Account, towards defraying the Charge of Pay and Cloathing for the Militia for the Year one thousand seven hundred and fifty-eight, and for defraying such Expences as were actually incurred upon the Account of the Militia in the Year one thousand seven hundred and fifty-seven; and 80,000 l. remaining unapplied of the Money granted in 1760, towards the Pay and Cloathing of the uninombied Malitia and also the Sum of eighty thousand Pounds remaining in the Receipt of the Exchequer, which was granted to his late Majesty in the Year one thousand seven hundred and sixty, upon Account, towards defraying the Charge of Pay and Cloathing for the unimbodied Militia for the Year ended the twenty-fifth Day of March one thousand seven hundred and sixty-one; and 70,000l. remaining unapplied of the granted the last Session for the same purposes and also the Sum of seventy thousand Pounds remaining in the Receipt of the Exchequer, which was granted to his Majesty in the last Session of Parliament, upon Account, towards defraying the Charge of the Pay of the Militia of that Part of Great Britain called England when unimbodied, and of the Cloathing of the Part of the said Militia then unimbodied, for one Year, beginning the twenty-fifth Day of March one thousand seven hundred and sixty-one ;

Surplus of the Duties on Malt, to 5 Jan 1762. and also the Sum of seventy-three thousand six hundred and and seventy-eight rounds remaining in the Receipt or the Exchequer, being the Surplus or the several Duties on Malt, established by an Act made in the thirty-third Year of the Reign of his late Majesty for paying Annuities granted in the Year one thousand seven hundred and sixty, after satisfying all Charges and Incumbrances thereupon, to the fifth Day of January one thousand seven hundred and sixty-two, by the said last mentioned Act, made in this Session of Parliament, directed to be issued and applied ;

and the sum of 1,000,000l. granted by this Act, are appropriated as follows; and the further Sum of one million by this Act granted, shall be further and the Sum of appropriated, and are hereby appropriated, for and towards the several Uses and Purposes herein after expressed;

that is to say. It is hereby enacted and declared by the Authority aforesaid. videlicet, 3,612,226l. 9s. 1.d thereof towards Naval Services in general; That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies provided as asorefaid, there shall and may be issued and applied any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding three millions six hundred and twelve thousand 9s. 1d. thereof, towards two hundred twenty-fix Pounds nine Shillings and one Penny, for or towards the Naval Services herein after particularly expressed; that is to say. For or towards Viictuais, Wages, Wear and Tear of the Navy, and the Victualling thereof, performed and to be performed ; and for or towards Sea Services in the Office of Ordnance, performed and to be performed; and for or towards defraying the Ordinary of his Majesty's Navy, and for Half-pay to Sea Officers; and for or towards maintaining nineteen thousand and sixty-one Marines; and for or towards the Buildings, Rebuildings and Repairs of his Majesty's Ships for the Year one thousand seven hundred and sixty-two.

1,000l. for completing the Chapel to Hasler Hospital VII. And it is hereby also enacted by the Authority aforesaid, That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies aforesaid, there shall and may be issued and applied any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding one thousand Pounds, for compleating the Chapel ordered to be built for the Use of the Hospital for sick and wounded Seamen at Hasler near Gosport, and such other Works as may be afterwards found proper to be performed before the whole Work is put out of Hand.

6,000l. for compleating, the works of Plymouth Hosptial; VIII. And it is hereby also enacted by the Authority aforesaid, That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies aforesaid, there shall and maybe issued and applied any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding six thousand Pounds, for compleating the Works of the Hospital for sick and wounded Seamen building near Plymouth.

835,025l. 3s. 8d. for Transport Service bteween 1 Oct 1760, and 30. Sept. 1762. IX. And it is hereby also enacted by the Authority aforesaid. That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies aforesaid, there shall and may be issued and applied any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding eight hundred thirty-five thousand twenty-five Pounds three Shillings and eight Pence, for the Charge of Transport Service, between the first of October one thousand seven hundred and sixty, and the thirtieth of September one thousand seven hundred and sixty-one, including the Expence of Victualling his Majesty's Land Forces within the said Time.

642,9161. 2s. 3d. for Charge of the Office of Ordinance, for land service. X. And it is hereby also enacted by the Authority aforesaid. That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies aforesaid, there shall and may be issued and applied any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding six hundred forty-two thousand nine hundred and sixteen Pounds two Shillings and three Pence, for the Charge of the Office of Ordnance for Land Service for the Year one thousand seven hundred and sixty-two, and for defraying the extraordinary Expence of Services performed by the Office of Ordnance for Land Service, and not provided for by Parliament in one thousand seven hundred and sixty-one.
