Slam door L. Two iron pails L. Smoke effect ready off L. Large beam for knocks off up R.C.. Large door or gate bell off L.


LIGHT PLOT.

Amber foots. Red and white border full up. Electric lamp on piano lighted. Hanging electric hall lamp lighted. Two box electric are lamps off L.U.E., with amber mediums throwing light across stage to R. and up stairs L. Large old-fashioned iron chandelier with candles hanging from centre of ceiling by iron chains, lighted.

Note.—Curtain rises in darkness. Then lights come up slowly on all stage lights.
