The verification of the observation that the little warty projections of the bark have their own tentacles and their own mouths, would have its interest, and the discovery of the bark-like polythoa, coating other structures altogether apart from the glass rope, would all aid us in clearing up matters yet in doubt, and help to give us a clearer view of the very interesting but not yet fully understood Hyalonema Mirabilis.
